Good Afternoon

I would like to convert the excel document below into a monthly calendar that could be printed out. The calendar covers a 12 month period. I would like to have the column heading and the route column rows concatenate and appear on the calendar with the proper date.

Here is an example: For 2/14/21, the calendar should show the two tasks below color coded by the color that is determined by me at the time. I can figure this part out, but need to know how to convert the data to the calendar. The calendar should be able to grow as needed depending on how many tasks have this date as there would be more instances of 2/14/21 that is shown in this example.

As a side note - If I added a column with the person assigned to each district, I would like to be able to run the calendar for just that person. Each person would have multiple districts.

Thanks in advance for any guidance that you can provide.

Kathy
