Convert meeting minutes to eye-friendly calendar?

I have meeting minutes arranged in the following rows:

Item#---Target Completion---Responsible Consultant---Description.

This list is currently about 150 entries, and easily has the potential to have more added.

I'm starting to play around with the calendar option on the control toolbox, but am lost as to how to get the date entered on the Target Completion column to populate on the calendar. I would like the corresponding Responsible consultants and Description columns to populate in this date.

Is this some dateis formula I'd want, maybe an array? There are several different items with the same "Target Completion" date, so is it possible for the date box to expand to accomodate any overflow?

Thanks so much! You all have been such a help to me so many times.

So is this not possible; to have the calendar autopopulate tasks to be completed (so all tasks to be completed on/by Oct. 3rd will show on Oct. 3rd)?

I suppose I could maybe create a calendar-like worksheet using VLOOKUP as an array formula (which I'm still trying to figure out), but liked the how calendar had the scrolling functions.

Is the calendar purely a "date picker" for an associated cell?

Thanks!
