Here is my ordeal.....

I know how to create an expression converting my minutes to hours.

However, I have a table with about 35 columns and I don't want to create 35 expressions.

Is there a way to convert the minutes to hours without building an expression?

I would like to sum the minutes and convert at the same time.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Before you do anything, make a backup of your table. Just in case.
Open the Query Builder in Design mode.
Select the fields you want
Change the query to an update query
in the UPDATE TO line type [FieldName]/60
Do this for each of your fields.
Click on the ! key at the top of the screen. You will get a message you are about to update a number of records.
That is all you have to do.
