Convert Multiple Columns to Single Row?

I"m trying to convert multiple columns to a single row separated by commas.

Example:
Multiple Columns

1.Joe
2.Jack
3.Bill
4.John


To One Row:

Joe,Jack,Bill,John

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
1) hit Alt + F11 to open VB Editor
2) go to [Insert] - [Module] then paste the code onto the right pane
3) hit Alt + F11 again to get back to Excel
enter in cell like
=AboveBeyond(A1:A10,",")
