What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.

1) hit Alt + F11 to open VB Editor
2) go to [Insert] - [Module] then paste the code onto the right pane
3) hit Alt + F11 again to get back to Excel
enter in cell like
=AboveBeyond(A1:A10,",")
Code:
Function AboveBeyond(rng As Range, delim As String) As String
     AboveBeyond = Join(WorksheetFunction.Transpose(rng.Value),delim)
End Function
