Convert numbers to time duration format

Textbox2 is on a Userform, I want users to be able to enter numbers only, (no special characters, decimal points or colons), and then the value converted to the following format, 'hh:mm', which is then populated into Textbox3.

I can work out the numeric only part, but it's the conversion that I'm stuck on.

The users will be entering numbers in Textbox2 as whole hours, so as an example, if I entered '2' in Textbox2, I'd expect to see '02:00' in Textbox3 and so on.

Try number / 24, e.g. 2/24 = 02:00.
