Convert SQL to Access SQL

I need to convert the following SQL to Access SQL...any help would be awesome

select DENSE_RANK() OVER (PARTITION BY ORD# ORDER BY RATE asc)
AS rank, ORD#, RATE, CARR from table1
where ORD# in (select distinct ORD# from table1 order by ORD# desc)
order by ORD#, rank
