Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Welcome to the board.

If that's a consistent representation of the string, try

=SUBSTITUTE(REPLACE(A1,LEN(A1)-1,0," ")," ",", ",2)+0

Once I get the serial number I used
=TEXT(B1,"m/d/yy ")
to extract the date.
Is there a formula to extract time and put it in to C1?

I would use these to seperate the date and times..

B1 has the formula before

DATE: =INT(B1) format cell with formula as Date
TIME: =MOD(B1,1) format cell with formula as Time
