Convert to Date Format Download from Internet

Hi All,

I have tried to change this to date format however unable to view in the filter in the format what should i do?

I even tried Text to column it wont work! So when i apply filter it should appear under the Month of June 15 and 16 and under the month of July only 20 and so on ...
