This may or may not be what you want, but it's an idea. You can use a combination of CELL with "address" and INDEX/MATCH instead of VLOOKUP. You could then highlight the cells you want to convert and use this routine

Next c
You can read up on using INDEX/MATCH as an alternative to VLOOKUP. If you then pass this formula through CELL you would return the absolute cell reference you are looking for. The above subroutine will then change the formula to be equal to the cell that is being returned from the formula.
