I'm fairly new to more complex Excel functions, and I'm not sure if there is a way to accomplish what I hope to do.

I have several concatenated columns that I need to convert into a text format of some sort to use in ArcGIS. My primary focus is an address column for geocoding incident locations. I have a column for "RESNUMBER", "RESDIRECTION", "RESSTREET", and "RESDESIGNATION". My fifth column is a concatenate formula for the first 4 columns. It is this column that I need to convert into a usable (probably text) format to import into ArcGIS.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
If you select the 5th column and copy it then Edit > Paste Special, tick Values and click OK the formulas will be converted to their values.
