I took stats from UCONN's women basketball team and put them into excel. Excel automatically switched the heights of each player to dates (ex. 6'2 to June 2, 2006). How do I convert these dates back to heights of the players in inches? Thanks.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
That helps. But some players heights are 6'0 and were converted to June 1,2006. Therefore when I use your method, it lists them as 6'1 not 6'0/

Hmm. I'm not sure how/why Excel would convert 6'1 to a date. I haven't been able to replicate that. But, if 6'0 and 6'1 were both mapped to June 1, there will not be a way to separate the two; you'd have to do it manually.
