Converting Excel data into a graph

I would like to turn the following example of information into a graph. I am experiencing allot of difficulty and need some assistance. All comments are greatly appreciated! Even if I have to create a seperate graph for each type of different event is okay. I just need help with the groundwork, an example to work off of. Thank you to all who respond!
