Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.

From the OP:

"<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=6 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=alt2 style="BORDER-RIGHT: 1px inset; BORDER-TOP: 1px inset; BORDER-LEFT: 1px inset; BORDER-BOTTOM: 1px inset">Thanks - tried all this. If I use the copy to text route I lose the split into clomuns in some instances. The problem is the size of the file. With smaller files no problem I can copy and paste straight into excel. I tried doing it bit by bit but its not really the solution as it takes forever and I am going to have to do this reguilarly...... </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>"

To the OP - don't use the report buttons to reply to a thread, use the reply buttons :)
