Converting pivot table to dynamic regular table, or adding scrollbars

I have created a pivot table with 3 columns: Order number, Officer, and Days Outstanding. I have filtered it to only show Days Outstanding > 5.

The problem is, I want to use this on a dashboard, where I need to fix the number of orders to 6. So, I was thinking that I need to somehow add a scrollbar to this pivot table, but I can't figure out how.

Due to my network, I do not have Power BI, PowerPivot, or macros. I am using Excel 2013.

Do I have any options? Thanks.
