Converting Pivot Table to Standard xls spreadsheet

I have received a copy of a spreadsheet with a pivot table embedded in it. I need to convert this to a traditional and simple spreadsheet in order to format and send the data through a batch form analysis.

The pivot probably has a total of what ever was pivoted. Double click on that total and the original spreadsheet will magically appear.
