Converting proper names from ALL CAPS to regular

Does anyone know how I can take a column of proper names in ALL CAPS and automatically change it so the first letter is CAPITALIZED and the following letters of the name are not capitalized? Please advise. THANKS!
i.e. BARBARA to Barbara
