converting total seconds to minutes and seconds

The column with 286 on top is average seconds per call per day. The column next to it with 4.77 on top is my attempt to convert 286 into minutes and seconds. How do I get 4.77 to show up as 5:17. People get mad and ask me to explain what 4.83 minutes is.
