Coping all range Names from one Workbook to Another

I have one workbook called br1.old and another called br1102. I need to copy all the range names from nr1.old to br1102

I would like to know how I can copy the range name in the name manager from the one workbook to the other

Your assistance will be most appreciated

I believe this might get you there...
Update wbOld and wbNew as needed.

Sub MoveWorkbookNames()
Dim wbOld, wbNew As Workbook
Set wbOld = Workbooks("br1.old.xls")
Set wbNew = Workbooks("br1102.xls")
Set nms = wbOld.Names
For r = 1 To nms.Count
    wbNew.Names.Add _
        Name:=nms(r).Name, _
        RefersTo:=nms(r).RefersToRange.Address, _
        Visible:=True, NameLocal:=nms(r).NameLocal
