coping from tab to tab

Help, how do i achieve the following please..............If I fill in a specific cell with a date on tab 2 (highlighted yellow) it picks the rows with that same date on tab 1 (highlighted blue) and copies columns C & D (highlighted red) of the same row onto tab 2 (highlighted green).... its probably really easy but my brain hurts today!

=FILTER(C2:D4,I2:I4=D8)
