Copy and Paste Different Cell formats from same column

Is there any way of a formula or any way of doing the following ?

Column A becomes Column B

50 (forumla) 50 (Value)
100(forumla) 100 (Value)
150 (Formula - Total of Above) 150 (Formula Total of Above)

This is only a snapshot of a much longer column with many formulas.

I hope this makes sense.
