I have two table TableItemIDCP and TableItemIDUD

In the first table I have four columns. In the second I have three columns. I want to take the date in the first three columns of the first table and paste them to the bottom of the second table (I dont want to use Power Query and append the data - thats not what I am trying to do).

I named the range in of the first three columns in the first table if that helps - ItemIDRange2

My column names are [ItemID] [User] [UserID]. They are the same in both tables.

Thanks for the help
