I have a worksheet that has an over abundance of formulas so what I would like to do is go to a20 to last used row in column a -20 rows then across to column DR then copy and paste special to get rid of formulas.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.

Sub value()

With Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A20:DR" & Cells(Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Row-20)
.Value = .Value
End With

End Sub
