copy and pasting filtered column

[FONT=Roboto, arial, sans-serif]hi, how can I copy and paste a filtered column. Excel 2013,[/FONT]

[FONT=Roboto, arial, sans-serif]Column I has been filtered due to filtered conditions in column G.[/FONT]

[FONT=Roboto, arial, sans-serif]I want to copy the filtered data from column I to new column[/FONT] J, so that when I sort column J it does not alter other columns.

Problems encountered when directly copy and paste
1. The whole data range is not pasted
2. Inconsistency when matching the copied column to the pasted column.
3. If successfully pasted, sorting the new column J affects the other column due to filtering.

I don't know if this will help, but I had a similar situation.
(Within a macros)...I filtered a column, (it hid some rows), I copied the column of information, then I left the filter on, but I checked the boxes back on the filter list, Then I pasted it over a little, then I cleared filters.
