I am attempting to copy and paste a mailing list from several different tabs. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to convince excel to recognize the pattern. I am pulling several pieces of data from each tab but all the information is placed in the exact same cells. Any help would be appreciated.

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Do you have a file of a mailing list in a mailing label format that you are trying to get into 1 row?

No, I am pulling the information off of check requests to make a mailing list with the name, address, and some other misc. information.

I tried the following and let me see if it will help you.

Continue to do what you are doing, copying the data in MSWord and Paste it into a blank sheet in Excel. Copy the new pasted data and go to the sheet you want the data in and go to Edit > Paste Special and choose the Transpose option at the bottom of the pop up screen.

Maybe this will help you. It will put the data onto 1 row. Let me know if this was what you were looking for.

If not please try to give a better description.
