On one computer,
I have an excel work sheet that I/we enter raw data into cells , and I/ we highlight different names to indicate if they paid in advance for an upcoming event.

On a 2d computer,
the data from the 1st computer is transferred by using a simple formula "=[REGteam2022.xls]Signup!$B8" . We have used Mapped Network drive for a number of years and that still works.

I would like to copy/transfer the font color from the original computer 1 work sheet cells to the 2d computer worksheet at the cell level and have that as part of the formula.

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
You can't do that with a formula. You have to copy and paste the cells, or write VBA to copy and paste the cells.
