Copy cell data under condition

Hello all... here's what I would like some help with
In sheet 2 I have certain data that I need to copy into sheet 1 under some conditions... for example...

if the value in col-C in sheet 2 is 2 and the date in col D in sheet 2 is equal to the date in sheet 1, D2... then copy the value from that row in col-e into the current cell...

any easy way to do that?
