Hy guys

I need an help from Excel World

So , i have a Sheet with a table with Conditional Formatting, and the table inserts 4 colors.
1 - RED
2 - YELLOW
3 - GREEN YELLOW
4 - GREEN

So , we are going to insert the numbers one by one.
When it hits a RED one, copys the Machine and respective Action.
Ex:
Machine 116 got a RED one at Qcontroll, then Copy 116 to E21 and Qcontrol to E22.
It is possible also to input a msgbox with something like : RED ALERT, PLEASE INSERT THE REASON ?
Then i am going to put another table with the reasons:

And then its going to save the reasons to another Sheet.
And all over again.

So:
1 - Input numbers in a tabel
2 - When it hit RED, copy down
3 - we input reason
4 - Save the reason with respective machine and action to another sheet
5 - go to the table at beggining.
6 - continue.

Thanks a lot guys

I am a bit confused by what you are after so I can't give a complete answer but can give you some guidance that may help.

You cannot recognize colours generated by conditional formatting by formula or VBA.

I would generate another table (maybe on a hidden sheet?) that has values (1-4?) to represent the conditions of the conditional formatting being met then use that table in VBA code.
