Hi All

I have a list of dates in column C.

Columns D - Jan 09
Column E - Feb 09
Column F - Mar 09 etc etc...

I want to check the date in C1, if it is in January 09 then copy it to D1. If it is in March 09 then copy it to F1 etc...

Then I want to check the date in C2, if it is in January 09 then copy it to D2. If it is in March 09 then copy it to F2 etc...

Finally - it would be brilliant if i could colour cells to show free/busy , for example....if C2 is March 15th then copy it to F2. Then Jan 09 and Feb 09 (D2 and E2 and march F2 are coloured red) from G2 onwards the cells are coloured green.

Thanks for your help!
