Copy certain columns from one sheet to new sheets based on criteria

Hello,

I was able to find VBA code that splits data from one sheet into new sheets based on a criteria in a certain column, but I need to figure out how to select what columns I want to go on the new sheets. For example, I want to split my data based on the column H (Tab) because I have already manually sorted. But I only need columns A, B, C, F, G to go onto the TeacherHire tab and I need columns A to G to go on the TeacherTransfer tab. I'm hoping someone can help!
