Copy data based on date range to few sheets

Hi,

I have this problem of trying to get the data based on a date range copy to another two sheets. At specific date eg. in this case on 10/3/19, the data Sheet1 in cell C6 will be automatically copy/update to J5 of Sheet2 and Q6 of Sheet3 respectively. And the process to continue for other date on 12/3/19 and 14/3/19.

I tried to use vlookup but it seems to be not suitable. I think best is may be to use array. Can anyone suggest a good solution

Just found out that i can actually used IF AND function to do it.
