Copy data from one open workbook on my PC and paste to another open workbook on another PC

Hi, I need to copy data from one open workbook to another open workbook to show the changes instantly, I have tried sharing the workbook in OneDrive but that will not work as the workbook has VBA macros, is there any other way of doing this ?

EDIT: Should probably mention the workbooks are in the same network folder.
