Copy data from sheet 1 to 2 on a new line

I have recorded a macro that copies data from a row of cells in one sheet and pastes them into another sheet. I made it so that it inserts a row for the next set of data. Is this the best way or is there a way to change the macro so that it just selects the next available free row to paste in the data in the second sheet.
