Copy data from the next row after specific word

Hello,
I need to copy the text from the next row after some specific word in a previous row and put all the copied data into a new sheet. Basically, I have many rows with different things, and there are some rows where are some key words like "Values" and in the next row is the needed text, and I need all those rows with texts in a different sheet.

I really need help with this, so I hope someone can help me!

Here is the link, the text is in russian tho. But I've marked blue the lines after which ones is the needed text (yellow), one sheet I need with the inputText things, other with OutputText things
