Copy data to another workbook when ANY cell changes

Any way to copy from 1 workbook to another, dissimilar workbook, when ANY cells value, in specific columns, changes in source workbook. Doesn't need to do it as each change occurs but after source workbook is saved or alternatively through a macro that could be run at any time comparing the two worksheets and applying the changes. In addition the column header names are different so a comparision would have to be made first on the source column header and the destination column header.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello Gene1126, welcome to the board.
Yes, that can probably be done. It's just a matter of what all will need to be done and that
will be somewhat dependant on the layout of the two workbooks.
It can be done on demand, automatically before each save of the source Wb or both.
A couple questions are in order though.
You say the workbooks are dissimilar. In what way? - In their content, or just their layout?
For what I'm thinking they can be dissimilar in their content as long as the destinaton Wb
has at least everything the source Wb has, even if in a different layout.
Will the destination Wb always be open when the source is open, or does the code
need to check for (& open if needed) the destination Wb?
The only part of your post that gives cause for concern is:
the column header names are different so a comparision would have to be made first on the source column header and the destination column header.
Unless the columns of interest are the same columns with different headers, how
are we to determine which column (or header) in the source Wb corresponds
with which column or header in the destination Wb?
