I am in Excel 2010. Usually, when I create a formula without any $ and CTRL+C or copy/drag it down, the results display as they should (examples are below), but yesterday, no matter how I copied the formula, the cell only showed the results from the formula in the original cell. I am assuming that I accidentally triggered a setting by typing too fast, but I have no idea what I did and it is impacting every spreadsheet even after rebooting the computer.
Example:
Row 1: =vlookup(d:d,p:m,2,0) - Results 5
Row 2: copy of =vlookup(d:d,p:m,2,0) - Results 5. If I retype the vlookup instead of copying it, the results are 7, which
is right.
Visual example:

</tbody>
Example:
Row 1: =vlookup(d:d,p:m,2,0) - Results 5
Row 2: copy of =vlookup(d:d,p:m,2,0) - Results 5. If I retype the vlookup instead of copying it, the results are 7, which

Visual example:
A | B | C |
20 | 20 | 40 is the result of formula =sum(A1:B2) |
35 | 20 | 40 based on copying the formula above -- reads as =sum(A2:b2) |
35 | 20 | 55 if I retype formula =sum(A3:b3) |
