Copy Excel WS Code only

Is it possible to copy only the code from one worksheet and put it into another, replacing the existing code already there? I need to do this for 120 files.

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

What's the code do? There has to be an easier way than that. Have you looked into creating an add-in?
