Copy Files listed in Excel Sheet

I have some files lisited in an excel sheet also i have there different folder locations. I would like to take these specific files listed and copy the actual files into one folder.

eg

File A location 1
File B location 2
File C location 1
File D location 3
File E location 1
File F location 5
File G location 4
......

Then Put Files A-G into location 10

I think you get the picture
