Copy folder and its contents and rename

Hi,

I have a folder in the name of MODEL which contains three files in the name of Retail.xls, Trust.xls and Holdings.doc.
I need a macro which should copy this folder with its contents and paste the path I specify and rename the folder with the data in cell A1, Retail.xls - cell B1, Trust.xls - Cell C1, Holdings.doc - Cell D1 and this needs to loop the number of data in the sheet1.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
