Hi,
Is there a way to copy an Excel spreedsheet to Microsoft word?
I don't had to edit it in Word, only read it. When I try, I only get part of it, even when I change the font to a lower number.

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Hello Mike,

You could paste it as a picture if you only need to read it.

Which version of Word is it?

If you only get part of it, it sounds as though the table might be extending beyond the page width. If that is the case, in Word you could switch to View> Draft instead of Page Layout, and you will see the whole table. Then you could adjust the page setup to match the width of the table.

Pasting as picture and then resizing is probably easier though.

Hi kcmuppet

I just learned about the Draft Mode, Thank you very much

I'm using ver 2007. I have to send some spreedsheets to a friend that doesn't have excel and is a newbee to computers. I figured it would be easier to do it this way than have him try to download something that will view excel.

Thanks again :beerchug:

If you have a google account, you could always try uploading it to google docs. That works pretty well for this type of thing.

I have a google account. Does the guy I'm sending it to have to have one? Can he just use his account?

No he doesn't, you can just send him a url link to the document once it's uploaded
