Copy from one workbook to another but select all unprotected cells then copy

Hi all
This is far beyound my capability
would like to copy data from one workbook to another but:
1. let user choose data file and let user choose destination file
2. Select unprotected cells and copy to destination file
3. there will be multiple sheets
4. destination and source file will have same column and column names as source file
is this possible with vba code?
