Copy from one workbook to another

I need a macro for opening a file (User can select file), copy the data from the Sheet, append it to the exisiting open workbook (workbook with the macro)in the way, the data that is already present gets deleted.

I assume that the to workbooks will hold the same structure;

Sub MoveData()

Dim ThWb As Worksheet, TrgWb As Workbook

Set ThWb = ThisWorkbook.ActiveSheet
Set TrgWb = Application.Dialogs(xlDialogOpen).Show

ThWb.Cells = TrgWb.ActiveSheet.Cells
TrgWb.Close False

End Sub

But the code throws some compiler error "Type Mismatch"
(both workbook has the same structure only)

Set ThWb = ThisWorkbook.ActiveSheet
Set TrgWb = ActiveWorkbook

ThWb.Cells = TrgWb.ActiveSheet.Cells
TrgWb.Close False

Sorry boss...it's again throwing some error like "Application defined or Object Defined Error"....wat to do?
