I have a large spreadsheet with several different tabs.

If it possible to copy-paste a GRAPH or Excel Data and Paste-Special into PowerPoint, then have PowerPoint create the next blank slide? Ideally I would have a template PowerPoint with a Title Page and a Ending Page. I would want to have Excel insert pages as it paste data into each slide.

The idea is, I would get everything I need into Excel, the press a button and it would create a PowerPoint for me.

Is this possible?

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Hi Pierce,

Good question, and you can paste Graphs and Excel data easily into PowerPoint by copying and pasting, the only issue is that the formulas in Excel will not work with PowerPoint, so it will stop populating data.

Please let me know if this answers your question.

I am not interested in the formula...
For example I might have three invoices in three different tab.

I just want to copy then paste it as a meta picture some how...

So within excel I can copy the data as needed in the clip board. Is there a way to auto me being able to paste the image into the newly created slide... Then go back to Exel and read the next sheet.

Basically just want to transfer an excel sheet into PowerPoint..if I were doing this manual, I would go into excel copy what I needed to the clip board. Then switch PowerPoint. Insert a new slide then paste special into PowerPoint. Then do back to excel and start the proccess all over again

I hope that makes since... Something like this would really be very cool..
Thanks
