Hi
something that has bugged me for years and just wondered if anyone knows a quick way to highlight all the column/rows with data excluding hedings so they can be copied and pasted. I have spreadsheets that can have upwards of 60 columns and 10s of thousands of rows
putting a 0 at the end of the first and last row entry on the column after the last one with data in it helps as a guide to where to scroll but still takes ages.

Any easy way to do this ?

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Select the 1st cell you want to copy (for instance A2) & then use Ctrl Shift End.
