i guess this could be posted on either forum
I have a read only ACCESS database containing numbers to 3 decimal places in one column, for instance 124.375

In a table view in ACCESS if I copy and paste one row into EXCEL2007, I get 124.375

However I select all of the data with mouse and copy and paste into EXCEL2007, it rounds up the digits so it now reads 124.380

Any suggestions apart from pre-formatting the EXCEL sheet to the required number of decimal places

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
