Copy multiple sheet based on drop list

Dear Masters,
i have sheet containing with a drop list cell (p4) with lots of name, now i wanna copy multiple sheet based on each item in the drop list and rename the sheet base on that drop list item.is there any faster way to do this?

Copying the current sheet then change the drop list name then change the sheet name
