Hi,

I have names on column C and numbers corresponding to each name on column D.

I need a macro that will copy each name to column B as many times as the number in column D.

You can see a sample here:

In the real file, I have about 70 unique names on column C and the numbers vary between 1 and 14.

Any ideas please?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Hi. Try this

Code:
Sub CopyNames()
Dim LR As Long, i As Long
LR = Range("C" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For i = 2 To LR
    Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Resize(Range("D" & i)).Value = Range("C" & i).Value
Next i
End Sub
