Copy & paste based on section title

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue where data comes in sections according to title and then has items associated with that header.

I would like to paste it into a table as follows with spaces in between.

Is there also any way to concatenate the headers with a space in between?

I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this.

Sorry, The section separations also have a * in column A of that row if that helps.
