copy / paste between sheets merged cells

Hello to all.
I hope to explain myself well.
I'll select Sheet2 in a merged cell (yellow)> "copia_cella" button and should
stick in Sheet1 but not go, Sheet1 is protected.
With a cell not merged works well.
The sheet 1 must be protected.
