I have a simple spreadsheet, with no filters and no complex formulas.

When a copy a cell in a given column (any cell and any column, even those with no formulas) and paste it, excel paste the value of immediate below cell (incorrectly).

For exemple, if I copy cell B7 and paste it in cell B1, excel don't copy the cell B7 but the cell B2. What's weirder is that I tried to use this sheet in different laptops (all of them Dell); the problem just happen in some of these laptops (i.e., in some laptops this problem doesn't exist). I'm an experienced excel user, I've never seem this before. It is not a filter/formula issue.

Can someone help with this situation?

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
