Esserntially, I want to copy an Excel worksheet to a Word Document as a "Picture" or an "Object".

Is that possible?

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Excel to Word - Picture

I was hoping for something a little more sofisticated. I just wanted the "Print Area" if possible.

Check online for a screen capture utility, I have used Capture EZ 97 for a while and like it. You can grab the whole screen, teh active window, any menu or dialog, or a preselected area of the screen (with repeat).

Hi,

Select the area to copy.

If you now hold down Shift while clicking the Edit menue, you will see the option to Copy Picture...

Also, if your print region is larger than the screen, you might want to try to print to PDF if you have Acrobat installed. I know when I try to paste pictures of worksheets that are very wide, it messes it up and doesn't show everything. That might be an alternative. I haven't tried it yet, so I'm not sure.
